JBG Smith has announced a plan to build 750 new homes in Potomac Yard just south of the Target. The project is set to include a mix of multifamily units and for-sale townhomes, all located near the Potomac Yard Metro station. The developer says they aim to offer options for a range of budgets and household sizes while also boosting local tax revenue to support the Metro.
