Rachel was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida, but now loves living in the heart of D.C. with her husband, Trevor, their cat Davy and Aussie puppy Jax. She grew up in a family of real estate professionals and investors, and was always passionate about the industry. Rachel graduated from the University of West Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative Management.

After college, Rachel began her career as an interior designer and specialized in kitchen and bath materials and design. While going through the experience of becoming a homeowner turned landlord of her first investment property, Rachel quickly realized she wanted to further her real estate career. She then transitioned into the title industry as an account manager. Her time in the title industry provided her with expansive knowledge of real estate contracts and title insurance.

As a Navy spouse, Rachel understands how stressful relocating to a new city can be. Having gone through several moves, Rachel is committed to being an advocate for the military community throughout the home buying and selling process. When not working, Rachel loves DIY home projects, gardening, woodworking, traveling, going
to local farmers markets, admiring the city’s architecture, and exploring the thriving restaurant scene with her husband. Thanks to her vast experiences, Rachel understands how emotional the home decision process is for clients. Rachel is dedicated to providing guidance and support when helping clients buy, sell, rent, or invest.
