Hadley is a native Alexandrian who loves everything about her hometown! After attending St. Stephen’s & St. Agnes school, she graduated from The University of Virginia with a degree in Political Science, minoring in Sociology. Following college, Hadley began her (first) career in real estate in DC, and went on to obtain a diverse working experience from marketing to client relations. Meanwhile, she also obtained her Health Coach certification and a Masters in Sports Psychology with a focus in Positive Psychology, both of which shape how she approaches her job and client relations— she is passionate about helping others achieve their goals! After getting her real estate license (for the second time), Hadley knew she wanted to be part of the wonderful Goodhart Group team where she could put her past experiences and passions to good use. 

When not at The Goodhart Group, Hadley is designing a “Mommy and Me” clothing collection with her mom for children and their mothers. Outside of working hours, you’ll likely find Hadley walking around Alexandria. She also loves trying out new restaurants (or old favorites) in the area, and hanging out with her family and pup Aggie!
