Opposite of the owner’s suite is an additional bedroom with a large walk in closet and a private bathroom. The loft level showcases a gorgeous living space that has access to the rooftop terrace. The loft level also has a third bedroom with a full bathroom and large walk in closet. 

These luxury townhomes are customizable though, though the first six homes for delivery can only have the hardwood floors customized. Smart home packages are also available to help make life easier. 

The Towns of Abingdon Place also offers easy access to Old Town’s fantastic amenities and is just a quick trip to Reagan National Airport.
