You’ll also have access to any other third parties that are part of the transaction, like a settlement attorney or lender. You can always communicate with us directly through Compass One, but we’re also reachable in the standard ways you’re used to outside of the platform.
The Buyer Process
For our buyer clients, Compass One empowers you with a wealth of information. In addition to the above benefits, you’ll receive notifications and alerts for new listings, price adjustments, and notes from us for your Compass Collection. You’ll have access to any Compass Private Listings in any market you’re interested in tracking. You’ll see all of your property tour listings with notes and directions. When we create comps for a house you’re thinking about buying, you’ll see that too, putting you in the driver’s seat of your home buying journey.
The Seller Process
For sellers, Compass One is your reliable support system. You’ll have access to your Compass Collection Comps Search, which will help you monitor the activity in your neighborhood from before we hit the market through closing. You’ll have access to every Comparable Market Analysis we create for your home, in addition to all of the many important dates and deadlines from when we start working together, through closing. We’ll also set up an Insights report which will monitor the website activity for your property as well as any other relevant market data, ensuring you’re always in the know.

From Closing and Beyond
After closing, you will still have access to your Compass One account. Our team can set up a Monthly Market watch for you to monitor the sales in your neighborhood, keeping you apprised of your investment. Similarly, you can let us know if you want us to create a market analysis for you at any time for appraisal purposes, portfolio purposes, or just because you are curious! You will also have access to all of your important documents from the sale and the contact information for everyone involved, keeping all of your information centralized in one place until you need it again, providing you with the convenience of having everything you need in one place!
