Rates will be set monthly, with pricing dependent on the selected floor plan. Residents can expect starting points around $10,000/month for a one-bedroom and $20,000/month for a two-bedroom, with rates honored for 12 months and only 30 days’ notice required for changes.
Dining at The Riviera will be a standout experience featuring a Michelin-starred chef and a dedicated sommelier. A unique point system will allow residents to use credits toward meals, creating a personalized, elevated approach to food service that feels more like a luxury resort than a traditional senior community.

The atmosphere draws inspiration from Ritz-Carlton-level hospitality. The Riviera is designed for independent living and is not an assisted living facility. However, it does offer discreet access to wellness and care through exclusive partnerships with skilled nursing and concierge health providers. Private transportation—including car service—is available, and partnerships extend to estate planning, senior move managers, and other lifestyle support professionals. These “Signature Partners” will be available behind the scenes, ready to support residents.
Residents must be at least 62, though younger spouses are welcome. Guest suites will be available for visiting families and can be rented when additional space is needed. Depending on size and need, each unit includes one to two parking spaces.
An initial $20,000 non-refundable entrance fee grants residents access to The Riviera’s Signature Partners and services.
