PT Blooms is developing a 78-unit condo building located in Old Town North at 805 N Columbus St. The building will consist of studio-3 bedroom units, gorgeous green rooftop space, fitness center, bike storage and underground parking. Front desk staff will be available for 8 hours a day. The building is located just a few blocks from the metro and waterfront. Each unit will have white oak floors, white cabinetry in the kitchen and baths, blinds, and Bosch or Thermador appliances. Pricing from $300k to $1.8M. Studio units start in the $300’s, one-bedrooms in the $550’s and two-bedrooms in the $800’s. The project is currently in pre-construction. Sales are open and units will deliver in early 2026.
